Skyway Service Award

Annual industry award for leading Russian and foreign airlines, awarded by vote of the passengers for the best service and client programs.

The Award supported by Federal air transport Agency of Russian Federation.

The voting system of the Award presupposes maximum objectivity, because of the winners, chosen customers of the airlines. The results of the vote verify by Advisory Board.

Candidates of the Award can be both Russian and foreign airlines operating flights to various cities of Russian Federation.

Applications are accepted from airlines performing regular and Charter flights.

The main nominations for foreign airlines:

• Best airline in economy class
• Best airline in business class
• Best Duty free on board
• Best services for passengers with children and disabled
• Best on-board entertainment system(wi-fi, communications, multimedia)
• Best on-line services (tickets, check-in, hotels booking, car renting, on-line booking managing etc.)
• Best loyalty program
